Paediatric Physiotherapy

Paediatric physiotherapists focus on children under the age of 14 years, this is a very special patient group and require a highly skilled practitioner to provide the appropriate level of care. We are very lucky to have a physiotherapist on staff with 10 years  paediatric physiotherapist experience.

Sports Physiotherapy

Sports Physiotherapy is an area of physiotherapy that addresses not just rehabilitation after injuries but also prevention for all ages. We have experience with many sports and rehabilitation of their injuries, in particular elite level Australian Rules, soccer, running, tennis, cricket and many more.

Clinical Pilates

With a fully equipped Pilates gym on the premises and 10 years of experience we value clinical Pilates as both a rehabilitation tool and a way to maintain health and well-being.  The concept of Pilates is unlike any other exercise as it focuses on promoting balance and postural control by using your core muscles correctly.
