With a fully equipped Pilates gym on the premises and 10 years of experience we value clinical Pilates as both a rehabilitation tool and a way to maintain health and well-being. The concept of Pilates is unlike any other exercise as it focuses on promoting balance and postural control by using your core muscles correctly. Pilates is excellent at addressing and resolving lower back pain and at Caroline Springs Physiotherapy we see it as a critical part of the rehabilitation process for all back injuries. Initially, most patients work one on one with their physiotherapist then as they become proficient move to a class based program.
You may just want to attend Pilates classes for general fitness, in this instance we require you to have a one on one assessment with one of our qualified Pilates Physiotherapists to ensure you get the most out of your classes.
